MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS

Welcome to Pwrpas - this website is a work in progress but we feel it needs to go live NOW due to the added pressures we are all experiencing as a result of Covid 19.

It is our aim to create a single reference point for men who may be feeling under pressure and not sure what help is available to them. Pwrpas will help men to recognise and acknowledge their problems and then begin the process of doing something about them.

Our specific aims are:

  • Raising awareness of the mental health challenges faced by men.

  • Engaging with men and encouraging conversations.

  • Signposting appropriate support for a wide range of issues that can affect mental health.

We will be sharing our own stories here and if you like what we are trying to do, please let us know and share with anybody you feel may need help.
And, if you’re not sure if they do need help, share it anyway… better safe than sorry!

Good luck with your journey.
